2. Types of data processed

• Dati di navigazione: the site's IT systems and software procedures acquire, during normal operation, certain data whose transmission is implicit in the use of the Internet communication protocols (for example IP addresses, browser type, device parameters, access times).
• Data provided voluntarily: data provided by the user when filling in the forms on the site (for example full name, email address, area or province) to contact the organisation or to request the membership form.

• To respond to requests sent through the contact forms and to handle membership-form requests (legal basis: the data subject's consent and/or pre-contractual measures, art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
• To ensure the correct functioning and security of the site (legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f GDPR).
• To comply with legal obligations (legal basis: art. 6.1.c GDPR).

4. Nature of the data provided

Providing the data marked as mandatory in the forms is necessary to act on the request; failure to provide it makes it impossible to process the request. The other data is optional.

5. Processing methods and retention

The data is processed using electronic tools and appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure its security and confidentiality. The data is kept only for as long as necessary to handle the request and to comply with legal obligations, after which it is deleted or made anonymous.

6. Data recipients

The data may be processed by staff authorised by the controller and by suppliers carrying out technical activities to support the site (for example the hosting and maintenance service), appointed as data processors under art. 28 GDPR. The data is not disclosed.

7. Transfer of data to third countries

Where some data is processed outside the European Economic Area, the transfer takes place in compliance with the safeguards provided by the GDPR (for example standard contractual clauses).

8. Rights of the data subject

Within the limits set by law, the data subject may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection to processing, data portability and withdrawal of consent (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing).
